Shipping & Returns


All shipping costs include the post and the packaging costs. You can check all costs after choosing how you would like the order to be delivered to you. All Finnish orders are delivered by the Matkahuolto, EU with GLS / DHL Express and rest of the world with DHL Express.



The provisional delivery date for products on pre-sale is always indicated separately on the product pages.
Payment for a pre-sale product purchased online will be charged immediately upon ordering, even if the product arrives 1-2 months later. The right of return will be activated once you have collected your product. All pre-sale products have a 14-day return period, from the moment the product arrives.


We kindly ask EU and Rest of the World customers contact to in matters relating to returns.

The customer has the 14 day right for exchange or return by the Finnish consumer protection law. The right for returns includes only products in original packages and merchantable, in a good condition. For returns these following details we need your order number and name.

All our goods have a 14-day (counting from receiving the shipment) return and exchange policy. If you have received a wrong or faulty product, please contact our customer service.

Customers outside Finland need to cover the return shipping costs by themselves. We will ship the replacement items for free. If you have received a wrong or faulty product, please contact our customer service before sending the return package.

To be eligible for a return, item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with no signs of use on it. The items must also be returned in their original packaging. If there were e.g. pet hair or stains on the returned product, unfortunatelly we can't accept the refund.


After the return is approved a refund will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds processing may take some time but no later than 14 days after we have received your return.

If you are shipping an item worth a lot of money, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately we can't take responsibility for lost return packages In cases of exchange the delivery of replaced items may take awhile depending on the destination.
