Orders and shipping
Order confirmation email has a link to the tracking number, by clicking it you will see where’s your package. If there’s a problem with the tracking you can contact us via email orders@houseofhorses.fi.

We ship worldwide except Russia. We ship from Finland EU. The customer is responsible for the duties of their country.
All Finnish orders are delivered by the Finnish Posti and Matkahuolto services, EU and rest of the world with GLS and DHL Express.
These are the delivery times DHL Express guarantees:
- The EU: 2-4 working days
- Rest of the world: 2 - 4 working days
- GLS EU: 4-8 working days
- Finland Posti/Matkahuolto: 1-3 working days
Unless you have received a shipping confirmation from us, you can cancel directly from the order comfirmation. Otherwise contact us as soon possible via email orders@houseofhorses.fi.
RETURNS
The customer has the 21 day right for exchange or return by the Finnish consumer protection law. The right for returns includes only products in original packages and merchantable, in a good condition. Email us before hand to confirm if you want to return or exchange your order orders@houseofhorses.fi.
EXCHANGE - free of charge
RETURN - customer will pay shipping costs. Will be deducted from the amount of the refund.

3. Send it off. Find your nearest service point from locator.dhl.com, or order a courier to pick up your return from your local My DHL+ website. Your return is on us!
4. Wait. Allow a few days for your return to reach us.
We recommend using the DHL Express app for a hassle-free return.
Yes it is, only in the case of return we charge the shipping fee.
As soon as your returning order has arrived to our warehouse we will inform you. But please be patient it might take up to two weeks.
We will send you the exchange product right after we have processed your return shipment.
USER ACCOUNT
Please check that you are using the same email as before when creating the account. Also check that your personal info is up to date.
Log in to your current profile and change the information there, instead of creating a new profile.
Please check your trash folder, the order confirmation comes from an email info@houseofhorses.fi.

At the moment we have only our online shop. But we have shop-in-shops in Espoo and Kirkkonummi, for more information contact us via email: info@houseofhorses.fi.
Under every product there’s a detailed size chart that you have to click open. There is also a size configurator, automated size app - It helps you choose the correct size. Just press the button “What’s my size?” and the magic will happen! Often there’s also more information about the fit and size in the product text.
If the product has gone missing during the delivery, flawed or the customer gets the wrong product it should be informed by the customer immediately to info@houseofhorses.fi or by post to the address below:

The inform about an incorrect delivery or a wrong, missing or flawed product has to be made in 14 days from receiving the product. If the package has damaged in mail, the appeal should be made immediately directly to the Post. We are not responsible in the case of any force majeure.
